Bali has so much to offer - beautiful scenery while you work out, gorgeous beaches to surf at, great shopping and some amazing bars. Training sessions depending on the specialised trainer can include a selection of boxing, TRX (suspension training), Dynamic Pilates, Yoga / stretch sessions and circuit training. Fit? Unfit? It doesn't matter! In every training session you work at your own pace. Our expert trainers tailor each session to suit all fitness levels and remember, ALL training sessions are optional.


Afternoon activities include learning to surf (or surf tuition for those who can already surf), shopping, spa time, relaxing on the beach, horse riding* or an optional personal training session* for the crazy ones! You can do as much or as little as you would like. Want to just read your book and get some rays, or go 'man-from-snowy-river' crazy on horseback? The choice is yours..

Day 1   2pm      Arrive & check in. Relax, unwind, go for a swim and enjoy your luxury villa
    3pm   Meet and greet with all guests / orientation. Also an afternoon optional training session will be on offer.
    6pm   Sunset beach drinks at Echo beach followed by seaside group welcome dinner at 7pm
         
Day 2      7am   Walk / Run along the beach
    8:30am    Breakfast
    10am   Morning training session
    12pm   Lunch
    3pm   Afternoon activities
    7pm   Dinner
    8-10pm   Massage / Spa / Relaxing time!
         
Day 3    7am   Morning Exercise
    8am   Breakfast
    12:30pm   Learn to surf in Jimbaran Bay followed by lunch
    2pm   Stair Challenge
    3:30pm   Relax in Ayana pools followed by drinks and dinner
         
Day 4   7am   Morning Exercise followed by Breakfast
    9am-1pm   Dynamic Stability & Balance Ropes Course
    1pm   Lunch 
    3pm   Afternoon activities
    7pm   Dinner
    8-10pm   Massage / Spa / Relaxing time!
         
Day 5   Same schedule as Day 2  
    4-10pm   Sunset drinks, restaurant dinner and fun in Seminyak!
         
Day 6   Same schedule as Day 2
         
Day 7   7am   Morning Exercise and surfing
    10am   Brunch
    11.30am   Farewell meeting
