After realising how much of an impact an active lifestyle could have, El found her passion with Personal Training and decided to commit herself to helping others feel great too.

Specialising in outdoor group training, bodyweight, light weight resistance circuit training and HIIT, El designs her workouts to leave you feeling like you’ve worked yourself hard, but feeling great at the same time.

Working as a PT as well as a full time health & wellbeing communications and engagement coordinator, Elliott is a huge ambassador for balance and finding a rewarding healthy lifestyle that works for you as an individual.
